If you're considering Dr. Gowda for a rhinoplasty do yourself a favor and get yourself on his books! I have wanted a rhinoplasty for years and when I finally decided to move forward with this process I interviewed/consulted with three doctors. Dr. Gowda was my second interview and I knew right then and there he was the Dr. for me. From his consulting process to his bedside manner to his staff and facilities is all a smooth and lovely experience.

Now on to his actual rhinoplasty process. He does what is known as a preservation or closed rhinoplasty and it leaves minimal scarring, bruising, and swelling. I am now 5 months post surgery and I was able to get back to work after only 10 days and everyone was so shocked at how good I looked so soon after a major surgery.

Truly the right decision. Thank you so much Dr. Gowda and your team. You all are amazing.

As a mother, trusting someone with your child’s first surgery is one of the scariest things you can do. My daughter had never had any surgeries before, so naturally I was extremely nervous and honestly terrified about the entire process. From the moment we met Dr. Gowda, he made both of us feel comfortable and supported.

My daughter’s case was not simple. She had a deviated septum, very thick skin, and several structural issues that made her nose a difficult case. The surgery also required grafting, and other surgeons had even turned her away. Despite all of this, Dr. Gowda took the time to explain everything to us clearly and honestly. His confidence, patience, and kindness gave me the reassurance I needed to trust him with my daughter’s surgery.

What I appreciated the most was how much he listened to my daughter and respected what she wanted. He made sure her nose looked natural and still kept her ethnic features, which was very important to us.

Her recovery also went much smoother than we expected. She had very little bruising, and during the first week she was nervous about cleaning the blood inside her nose. When we told the office, they were incredibly kind and allowed her to come in every day so they could help clean it for her. That level of care meant so much to us as a family.

Dr. Gowda’s staff are some of the kindest and most supportive people we have ever met. They treated my daughter with so much patience and compassion throughout the entire process.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Gowda and his entire team. My case was not an easy one at all. I had a deviated septum, very thick skin, and multiple structural issues with my nose. My surgery also required grafting, so it was definitely a complex rhinoplasty. Before finding Dr. Gowda, I consulted with other surgeons who basically turned me away or made me feel like my nose was too difficult to work on.

From the very first consultation, Dr. Gowda made me feel comfortable and respected. He truly listened to what I wanted and took my concerns seriously. One of the most important things to me was keeping my ethnic features, and he completely understood that. He refined my nose while still keeping it natural and balanced with my face. I never wanted a nose that looked fake or didn’t fit me, and he respected that.

Even though my nose was a challenging case, Dr. Gowda was confident and honest about the process. I’m so grateful he was willing to take on my surgery when other doctors wouldn’t.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Gowda. From the very first consultation through my breast reconstruction and follow-up visits, I felt genuinely cared for, listened to, and supported. This was a vulnerable, emotional process for me, and Dr. Gowda approached everything with compassion, patience, and total professionalism. It was a hard procedure for him as it was the result of a botched surgery in Miami. But he fixed everything way beyond my hopes. I think he is phenomenal.

I am 2 weeks into recovery from a reconstruction/repair rhinoplasty after living with a tough condition for 20+ years. My condition was caused from complications of a previous rhinoplasty as well as a break a few years after the initial surgery. The operation required some out of the box thinking, and he (and his staff) delivered on that thru the process. I am pleased with the results.

You have one opportunity to undergo a fantastic face lift. Choose your surgeon wisely. Dr. Gowda is the premier cosmetic surgeon in the State of Michigan and one of the best in the country. I’m a 58-year-old man who 6 months ago underwent; Deep Plane Facelift, Endoscopic Brow Lift, Deep Contouring of the Neck, Reduction of the Medial and Lateral Platysmaplasty, Fat Grafting of the Bilateral Brow, Nasal Labial Folds, Upper Lip, and CO2 Laser treatment under my eyes. My results are fantastic and continue improving every month.

Successful Cosmetic Surgery is a blend of artistic and surgical technique. To that end, Dr. Gowda’s practice is not motivated by financial gain. He is driven by his passion to perform cosmetic surgical procedures to exceptional and exacting standards, so his patients experience outstanding outcomes. The following examples of my experiences with Dr. Gowda exemplify his high standards of surgical practice; 1. Dr. Gowda limits himself to performing one facelift a day. He’s not going to cut corners or rush in order to begin another scheduled procedure. He is fully focused on you for that day. 2. My procedure lasted 12 hours. Dr. Gowda has the physical and mental stamina to successfully complete your procedure. 3. Dr. Gowda is a perfectionist. I had a small indentation on the bridge of my nose I assumed was from a sports related fracture. I had considered rhinoplasty to correct this flaw. In the OR, Dr. Gowda determined this was not a fracture. I had lost some fat which he corrected with grafting. During one my preoperative visits, Dr. Gowda recommended adding some fat to my upper lip. I recoiled thinking about over-plumped filler lips. He assured me he was only going to use 1 millimeter of fat to slightly lift my upper lip. This illustrates Dr. Gowda’s attention to detail. Driven by perfection, minutes before my surgery in the pre-op, Dr. Gowda was taking pictures of my face with his phone and expanding the photos scouring details. He then suggested making a couple passes with the CO2 laser under my eyes. These 3 minor procedures could have easily been overlooked by another surgeon. I can tell you each had a profound effect on the success of my surgery.

I am extremely pleased with the results from my procedures. My family, friends, and treating physicians are overwhelmed at my extraordinary results. I often hear “it doesn’t even look like you’ve had a facelift, you look 20 years younger.” If you’re considering cosmetic surgery, you owe it to yourself to schedule an evaluation with Dr. Gowda.
