I had an otoplasty and ear pinning procedure done by Dr. Desano and he did an amazing job. He is very compassionate and answers all my questions and concerns. He reshaped my ears to look smaller as well. I highly recommend him.
I am thrilled with both the results of my breast augmentation and overall experience with Dr. DeSano, and his RN Katie. He is extremely knowledgeable and talented, with patience for the hundreds of questions I had in each visit, lol. They both made me feel comfortable and heard, and went out of their ways to ensure I was happy with my results. I wish I would have gone to him sooner and encourage you to do the same!

Couldn’t be happier with the results of my gyno removal surgery! Start to finish, Dr. DeSano and his staff were amazing and professional all along the way. I was nervous at first. A lot of people told me to go with an older doctor, thinking the older the more experience, but that is not always the case. Dr. DeSano is truly a master of his craft! Beyond ecstatic to finally be able to enjoy the summer, shirtless and judgment free!
Dr. DeSano, nurse Katie, the rest of the Novi & Troy staff and the surgical staff are wonderful. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and Dr. DeSano helped me with my decisions by answering all of my questions and he cared for me through 2 surgeries and post-surgical care. I am about 4 months past my second surgery following a double mastectomy. While breast cancer and breast reconstruction are things I never wanted, I could not have asked for a better team to help me get through it. I am very happy with results of the reconstruction and have already recommended others to Dr. DeSano and his team for breast reconstruction.
I’ve had two breast augmentations over the last 15 years that didn’t go well with a different surgeon. I chose Dr. Desano for my third (and hopefully final) surgery because he made me feel very comfortable and took the time to explain everything to me. He has seen me back for a number of check-ups to make sure I’m healthy and my results are perfect! He really cares about his patients and takes pride in his work ! I highly recommend this talented surgeon ! His staff is also very friendly and helpful .
I cannot say enough great things about Dr. DeSano and his RN, Katie. First, he is a fantastic surgeon with a well-trained eye and excellent attention to detail. I absolutely love my new breasts and body after my augmentation. More than that though, his bedside manner is above any other surgeon I met while preparing for my procedure. He is friendly, down to earth, took the time to listen to me and understand my ‘why’, and was patient with me and the million questions I asked throughout the process. He’s amazing, you’ll love him, go see him now! (Katie is awesome, too!!)
