I had an amazing experience with Dr. DeSano. I needed a breast reconstruction after a double mastectomy. From our first meeting I felt completely confident about the process, as he took the time to explain the options and was honest about what would look the best. The surgery went so smoothly, and I couldn’t believe how easy of a recovery it was. And the final product looks natural and fantastic! There are very few positives about breast cancer, but getting to work with Dr. DeSano and Nurse Katie was a bright spot of this experience. Dr. DeSano is a highly skilled surgeon, and I’d recommend him to anyone.
When I started the process of looking for breast augmentation surgeons, I really struggled with finding a doctor that would make me feel comfortable and really understood what I wanted. As soon as I met Dr. Desano, he knew exactly what I wanted — not too fake, not too big and something that wouldn’t bother me when working out since I am very athletic. I wasn’t sure what size would really fit all my wants and also look good with my body. So I deferred to him and I must say he nailed it! I couldn’t be happier with the results. His team also did an amazing job. Everyone is very professional, friendly and most importantly efficient! You are in and out of his office; not waiting at all for the doctor to see you. Overall excellent experience, I highly recommend Dr Desano and his practice.

Dr. Desano is a great surgeon, I always felt like he was there to listen and answer any questions I had. I felt really comfortable and cared for, and appreciated his knowledge and attention to detail. One of the RNs, Katie, was also very kind and provided great treatment. I appreciate Dr. Desano for all that he's done and highly recommend him!
I had breast reconstruction surgery by Dr. Desano a year ago. I had large, saline, implants that were over 20 years old. There was considerable capsular contracture on the left side. They felt heavy and were not attractive. Dr. Desano drained the saline via a needle, deflating them so the skin would have an opportunity to shrink before the surgery. A few weeks later, he removed the old implants and replaced them with smaller, more natural looking implants. He also removed excess skin. I have beautiful new breasts that look much more appropriate to my size. There's very little scarring and the ones that are there, are barely visible. I would highly recommend using Dr. Desano for your enhancements. He has very good bedside manners as well.
