Dr DeSano and his staff are excellent at what they do. I had my breast reduction and side lipo done in August 2022 (it’s been a whole year already!) with Dr DeSano and while it’s been a journey I couldn’t have asked for a better team behind me. 38/40M down to a 36D. 🙌 Breast reduction is a mind game while you heal and lipo bruising can be scary. It’s simply part of the healing process but you don’t necessarily know that if you’ve never been through it before. I hadn’t been. Luckily I had a team that prepped me for what was coming and walked me through each stage. When I was unsure someone was always there to call and quick to offer a visit to check it out. I personally had a tape tear during the process from my skin reacting with it. I never felt scared, I felt taken care of. Before. During. After. There’s a level of comfortable professionalism in the office that’s rare. The staff is all friendly, kind and exceptionally knowledgeable. (I’m talking about you Katie!) Prior to surgery you are free to ask literally anything and they were there to answer. Dr. DeSano took my concerns and questions, paired them with his knowledge and that ended up in exactly what I needed. He doesn’t speak AT you he speaks WITH you, honestly that alone made me like him on day one because he’s so easy to talk to and I liked him as a person. I’m so happy I chose him as my surgeon. I have no regrets getting my reduction and while the side lipo was by far the most painful part of my healing - if you think you need it DO IT. It’s my favorite part. No more back fat rolls!! If I had to say I have a regret, it’s not doing this sooner for myself.

Absolutely THRILLED with the results of my procedure with Dr DeSano. I'm in my mid-40s and after three kids, a hysterectomy and a bladder lift, no amount of exercise was going to make my mommy pooch go away. I went to a consultation with Dr DeSano and he not only agreed that I was a good candidate for abdominoplasty, but he also suggested a lipo 360 to enhance the results and get a home run. I was hesitant at first to do the lipo, but boy, I am sooo glad I listened to him and went with it! His work is truly amazing. I feel like a rockstar and 15 years younger. Just look at the before and after pictures, I still cannot believe that's me! 🙌 Only wish I had done this sooner. It's also worth mentioning that Dr DeSano has excellent beside manners and Katie and the office staff are all wonderful to interact with. 10/10 would recommend.

I initially saw Dr. Desano for reconstructive breast surgery after my double masectomy. He performed 3 surgeries on me. The final one was to make some revisions. My results are phenomenal!! I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!! Dr. Desano is a very compassionate doctor, who is very meticulous about his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for reconstructive breast surgery. Katie, his nurse, is outstanding, too!!

I am writing this review for anyone that may be conflicted on whether or not to take the next step and get an abdominoplasty with Dr. Desano. During my process, I went through hundreds of reviews of different doctors and went to a total of 4 consultations. I am a nurse. So I know for me it’s important to have professional bedside manner in addition to knowledge. At my very first appointment with Dr. Desano and his wonderful nurse Katie, I immediately felt very comfortable and had all my questions answered. All of his nurses are great. After having three kids and two cesarean sections, I can truly say I am walking around with it a better abdomen than I could’ve ever imagined possible. If you’re considering a tummy tuck, go with Dr. Desano and his nurses. You will have no regrets. They’re a great team. He has a gift. And I feel he is truly meant to do this for people.

Best thing I’ve ever done! I’m 19 years old and just recently got a breast lift. I’m 6 weeks post op and could not be any happier with my results. I feel 10x more confident in all of the clothing I wear! It was a scary process, but Dr. DeSano did such an amazing job. Him and his assistant Katie, answered all of our questions and took us through the process step by step. I felt very safe and reassured about the surgery right after my first consultation appointment. Even when it came down to the day of surgery, everything went smoothly and his team was super sweet and comforting. Definitely the best decision I’ve made and would recommend anybody considering a breasts surgery, to go see Dr. DeSano!

Dr. DeSano and his staff were great! He was patient, approachable, and very empathetic to any of my needs/concerns. He definitely made me feel confident in the work he was going to perform. I highly recommend booking a visit for any aesthetic/surgical need. Also, Katie was so sweet and very helpful during each visit. I’m overall happy with my experience and end results!

Dr Jeffrey DeSano is truly an amazing plastic surgeon. I had a tummy tuck best decision not sure what took me so long. Post surgical experience was better than I expected. The office staff is the best. I highly recommend for any medical procedure.

Dr. DeSano, Katie, and the rest of the Novi office staff are amazing. They were thorough, knowledgeable, attentive, kind, and responsive. They dealt with my anxiety and never-ending questions without batting an eye. The pre and post op care were top notch. On top of all that, I couldn't be happier with my results.
