I was recommended to Dr. Desano by my breast cancer surgeon for a breast reduction. I'm so happy with my decision. I couldn't have asked for better results.He is very nice and professional and Katie his assistant is wonderful. Thank you Dr.Desano and all of the staff.

I had a breast reduction done on May 16th, 2022, and I cannot stress how amazing the results have been. My breasts look like I have implants put in but I did not go with that option. With just liposuction and a lift, Dr. Desano has made my breasts look amazing and I no longer have back pain or shoulder pain. He will make sure that you are happy with your results and will make you look and feel like your best self. Dr. Desano and his team made sure that I was comfortable and they were able to answer any questions that I had about the recovery process. Dr. Desano was very understanding, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the whole process. I would also like to add that the Nurses and the entire team at Dr. Desano's practice were amazing and made sure I knew exactly what to expect until I had the surgery. Katie was the nurse I worked with closely and she is truly knowledgeable in her field of work and was absolutely kind and showed such empathy. I cannot wait until I am fully healed so I can flaunt my new breasts. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering having a breast reduction.

Recently I received a breast lift by Dr.DeSano and I can not be happier with my results! I am 22 years old with a 36D cup size. I was always on edge of wearing tops and dresses because my breasts, but after I had my operation done I am more confident in everything I wear! I have had 2 procedures with Dr. Gowda, one for my stomach and one for my neck. Dr. Gowda not only did an exceptional job. He was very through and meticulous with each procedure. I had an appt with Kelly for options regarding facial wrinkles and skin laxity. She assessed my skin, listened to all of my concerns and helped me decide with the different types of laser. I had my CO2 laser done with Kelly and the results were fantastic!!!! I felt very comfortable having her do it with all of her experience and her years teaching laser. She told me what to expect, both during the procedure and with downtime. Dr. Gowda also came in during my procedure and check up to see the progress. I am so happy with the results! My skin hasn’t looked this smooth or young in years. I trust Kelly with all of my skin concerns!
