i had a reduction done in the beginning of november and im soo happy with how they turned out!! dr desano and the rest of the staff are really kind and helpful and were amazing post op. he cares that the breasts still have a good shape while he reduces them. i went from a 32G to around a C cup and they sit so nicely. i feel so much better in my body both physically and mentally!!

Dr. DeSano and his staff are excellence personified. Initially, I was anxious to make such a dramatic decision, however, once I spoke with Dr. DeSano, I was relieved. Dr DeSano is awesome! My husband and I are both happy with the results. For years I've been wishing I had a bigger bust size. I never thought the day would come when I'd actuality be able to make that happen. Dr. DeSano has an excellent staff and office. He made me feel comfortable and covered all bases. The procedure went wonderful. And I am really really impressed with the results. He insisted on seeing me the day after to check on things. His care instructions are easy to follow with the main focus being your health. I've heard other women describe their experience at other surgeons office and it is not as nice. I'm looking how I always wanted, my pain is minimal and I love the way it all went. I couldn't imagine trusting this in the hands of another office. You want any kind of breast augmentation surgery call this guy.

I had a breast reduction done on May 16th, 2022, and I cannot stress how amazing the results have been. My breasts look like I have implants put in but I did not go with that option. With just liposuction and a lift, Dr. Desano has made my breasts look amazing and I no longer have back pain or shoulder pain. He will make sure that you are happy with your results and will make you look and feel like your best self. Dr. Desano and his team made sure that I was comfortable and they were able to answer any questions that I had about the recovery process. Dr. Desano was very understanding, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the whole process. I would also like to add that the Nurses and the entire team at Dr. Desano's practice were amazing and made sure I knew exactly what to expect until I had the surgery. Katie was the nurse I worked with closely and she is truly knowledgeable in her field of work and was absolutely kind and showed such empathy. I cannot wait until I am fully healed so I can flaunt my new breasts. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering having a breast reduction.

I had a weight loss of 100+ pounds, 12 years ago. I consulted with Dr. DeSano on having the extra skin removed. I was assured that I would like the results. Well, 4 weeks post op and I did not like the results, I absolutely LOVE them. I never thought I would be able to look at myself in a mirror and not feel ashamed.
